Any of the artists listed on this site are available for event bookings. You will be working with myself Andrew Vanhorn as the artist representative [VANHORN BOOKINGS]. I aim to create the package which best suits your needs and your budget. I have a varied and extensive history of experience in the entertainment field from union film & commercial acting to improv comedy and of course live music events. I have been successful as both a producer and director of many projects, as well as years of experience booking groups for a variety of venues, from Ontario to the East Coast.

You're in good hands. So by now you should be asking...

How do I get started?

First - are you requiring music for the ceremony portion? What type of sound would you like? Keep in mind if the ceremony is in a church we may not be allowed to play instrumental versions of pop songs, but we find that this is becoming more lax. If you want a party for the reception, but you don't think Celtic is the right fit I have connections with other groups not in the Celtic genre, such as blues or classic rock.

Second - take a look at the available dates under UPCOMING EVENTS to see if your selections are available. Don't see the date you're looking for? Ask me. Chances are it's likely to be free. See a date already booked? Contact me still. Not every performance books every musician and I'm well connected with many other artists in the surrounding area that may be available. It never hurts to ask, so please do.

Third - make sure you don't miss out on a date. If a date is available now, it may not be by tomorrow so contact me today for a *booking* immediately. Give a shout to bookings@celtickitchenparty.com. It's that easy.

What about pricing?

Have you taken into account?...Distance to be travelled? Whether you're providing food and/or drink? Do you require lights and a pa system including speakers and all the cables? Ok, so now you see there may be just a little more too it than a one price fits all, but that's what I'm here for. So put me to work, give a shout and I'll create the package that bests suits your needs and your budget.

* Here at CELTIC KITCHEN PARTY I use contracts and a %50 deposit upon any confirmation of a booking. Don't worry, I've done this before and it's guaranteed. Still haven't paid your deposit or signed your contract? Then you're not booked, and you MAY lose your date if another purchaser comes forward. A contract and deposit are essential to protect both yourselves and the ARTISTS. So let's make sure we get the paperwork done early.

CFB PETAWAWA

"...highly recommend..."
"The Celtic Kitchen Party delivered a fabulous variety of music and added a positive and upbeat atmosphere to the evening. We hired the band for their celtic/folk/country style of music and playing, which was fitting for our East Coast theme. The music was lively and the band was engaged and very interactive with the crowd. I highly recommend this band for future events and enjoyed every minute of their playing. They also showed incredible dedication as they played back-to-back events that evening supporting military functions. Thank-you Celtic Kitchen Party for a night to remember."
